It was our first time in Winter Park, and we found the condo's location to town and skiing was great. We appreciated the heated garage more than we expected. We had a total of five people and enjoyed the space of the unit, the seating area, and the hot tub. Reservations and arrival/departure was easy. The unit was well stocked and clean. It would have been helpful to have a few hooks in the bathrooms for wet towels. We also would have liked a tv in the master bedroom. We had an excellent summer family vacation in Winter Park! The beds and pillows weren't the best...We struggled with good sleep. Besides that, everything was very clean. We were impressed with the hot tub being clean. The air conditioning was a plus but it didn't seem to equally cool each bedroom. This condo is brand new, gorgeous, with a private jacuzzi in the perfect location- steps off the main road and minutes to the ski lift. We used the Explorie benefits- a huge perk! We did have a few hiccups at check- in, but Sarah and Kelly from the property management company went above and beyond to rectify our concerns. ##### Rebecca A.
