With a downtown Winter Park location and three levels of in-house amenities, this 1700+ sqft 4 bd/4ba mountain home with heated garage is the perfect marriage of luxury and convenience for your family's next vacation!

The ground floor features a bedroom with a full-over-queen bunk bed, heated floors and adjacent bathroom with walk-in shower. You can access your private hot tub from this level as well. Head upstairs to check out the bright and spacious main living room which includes a large HDTV, Sonos soundbar, comfortable seating for family & friends, gas fireplace, and two private decks with Adirondack chairs in front and patio seating out back. You'll love savoring your favorite beverage on either deck while looking out over the Winter Park community and the mountains beyond. Create delicious meals in the well appointed gourmet kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances including a six-burner Viking range, granite countertops, and custom cabinetry. Serve your dinner guests at the dining table with ample seating or outside on the deck.

The main level also features the primary bedroom with king bed, with HDTV and ensuite bathroom with heated floor, double sinks and walk-in shower. Upstairs, the third floor, has two more bedrooms with queen beds, ensuite bathrooms and TVs. Spend your days conquering the mountains skiing, hiking, biking, golfing, etc. and come home to relax and unwind in your private hot tub.

Perfect mountain vacation

The home was everything we could have wanted. Spacious, well equipped and great downtown location. Very close to shops, restaurants & just a short walk to ski bus stop. We loved the private hot tub as well. We highly recommend this house if you are headed to Winter Park.

Family ski trip

The property was very clean and comfortable. We felt right at home. It is walking distance to several restaurants. The owners were very responsive to all questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place in a great location!

We loved staying here. It was walking distance to many things to do. Hot tub was lovely. It is located outside of the bunk bed room so if you are bringing kids for the bunk room keep that in mind that you have to walk through their room to get to the hot tub at night. Definitely recommend and we will be back!

Ski trip

We loved staying at Dave and Natalie's condo. Very clean. Great family room TV to watch March Madness. Nice that every couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. Hot tub was wonderful after skiing. We loved the sledding hill within walking distance.Would definitely stay again!

Great ski week

Our family of 5 had a great trip to Winter Park. The townhouse was lovely. Plenty of space, great kitchen, really nice and clean. A quick drive to the ski mountain. Dave was very responsive to questions and concerns. We would surely rent here again.

Great Multi-Family Vacay!

We are a set of 3 Colorado friend families who love to get together for a ski weekend so we can reconnect with each other. This condo was perfect! With 4 bedrooms, everyone had their own space, and the kids even had a bunkroom downstairs. Everything in the condo was beautiful, well-maintained, and it had everything we needed. The owners were very accomodating and made our stay extra special.

Comfortable, beautiful, spacious home!

A perfect place for my family and I, made for a tremendous ski vacation full of lifetime memories! 5 minute drive to Winter Park- but shuttles made the commute to the mountain so easy. 4 bedrooms/ 4 bathrooms was perfect for my family. The kitchen had all needed pans, kitchen tools and a fantastic stove to make dinners after skiing. So everyone could relax after a great day of skiing! The fireplace is so cozy and the perfect feel on the winter evening. My family is already asking when we will be back. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home, Dave!

One of the Best!!

All told, this is one of the best VRBO properties I’ve ever stayed in. The owners made the entire process very easy and have a great property. Four friends (50+) checked in Super Bowl Sunday and skied WP/Mary Jane for the next three days. Among the highlights: awesome kitchen, great living area (especially the TV), a gas fireplace, as well as an easy access hot tub. We also greatly appreciated the owner’s flexibility for getting us in on time for kick off. All in all a great week of skiing while staying in a great condo. Highly recommend!

Absolutely Amazing!

Natale and Dave were awesome! By far the best rental we’ve had in the last couple years and we rent ALOT! Their condo in Winter Park was clean, convenient and out of the 15+ Sawmill neighborhood condos we’ve stayed at, this one is by far the best! If you ah e the opportunity to stay here it won’t be disappoint! Great communication, easy to get to, clean, nicely decorated and fantastic kitchen! Hopefully we’ll be able to stay here every time we’re in Winter Park in the future! Thanks again!

Home away from Home

This property is absolutely stunning. The appliances are brand new with 2 ovens!! This would be a perfect place to stay if you are doing a holiday away with family. The kitchen is fully stocked, you just need your own food and drink. There are board games for the kids and an office space if you need to work from home some while the rest of the family is in vacation. Also, each bedroom/ bathroom area has its own staggered floor so if you go with another family it’s very private. The owners are wonderful and responsive. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

This is a beautiful, quiet property! The ambiance is so peaceful. We had a ball using both the front and back porches. The hot tub is just great. And, the location is so fun for walking on the Winter Park Trail and cruising through town. We had an incredibly great weekend!

Six friends headed to Winter Park for a long weekend to enjoy the Crafts, Cocktails, & Corks event at the Rendezvous Event Center and check out the beautiful Fraser Valley. The townhouse is right in the heart of town and has plenty of space for everyone to spread out. It’s got a well-equipped kitchen, super comfy beds with extra pillows, and two decks we made the most of. The place is amazing and has everything you need—and then some—to have a great stay. Plus, there are two convenient parking spots to make things easy.
