Nestled within the well-established Hi Country Haus community, it is conveniently located just moments from Main Street and clubhouse amenities, offering the best of both summer and winter living right at your doorstep.
    The unit showcases stunning hardwood flooring throughout, which enhances the overall contemporary interior design. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the living, kitchen, and dining areas. In the living room, you can relax on the comfortable sofa while enjoying your favorite shows or movies on the flat-screen TV, or spend a cozy evening on the queen-sized sofa sleeper. Please note there is NO fireplace in the unit.
    The fully equipped kitchen has everything necessary for meal preparation at any time of the day, featuring modern stainless steel appliances, countertops, and cabinets, with a breakfast bar that accommodates four.
    The primary bedroom is furnished with a brand new queen-sized bed, a flat-screen television, a ceiling fan, and a small vanity in the bathroom. The second bedroom is equipped with a twin bunk bed. The main bathroom, located in the hallway, has been remodeled to include a tiled shower, a full bathroom, and a new vanity.
    Please note that air conditioning and fireplace is not available. Additionally, there is a large flat screen TV, a computer station with complimentary Wi-Fi and ample seating. The locker rooms are designed with tiled flooring and include bathroom stalls, showers and lockers for convenience. The main pool and spa area is enclosed by large glass windows and contains an indoor pool, two hot tubs and a cozy sitting area with a table and chairs. Access to a spacious sundeck furnished with comfortable lounge chairs and an outdoor hot tub is also available. Furthermore, a compact workout area is provided, featuring a weight room equipped with a treadmill and a stationary bike.
    Smoking and pets are prohibited on the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations are rigorously upheld, and any guests found smoking or have pets will be subject to a $200 fine per day.

I’ve stayed at many Hi Country Haus condos over the years, this one was easily one of the nicest I’ve been. From the kitchen being generally stocked with some essentials (k cups, cooking oil, all the pots/pans etc. you would need), to the second half bath that we didn’t see on the VRBO listing this unit was great. The Fraser River also is within 20-30 yards of the porch!

Love this spot! We walked to coffee in the morning and dinner in the evening. It’s also right on the trails for hiking/running/biking. PLUS the river in the backyard is full of trout. Perfect spot!
