It is located on the first floor of the building. The unit showcases beautiful hardwood flooring that complements the modern design and new furnishings. In the living area, there is a new flat screen television, a VCR, a DVD player, a wood-burning fireplace, and a queen-sized sofa sleeper. The fully equipped kitchen offers all the essentials for meal preparation at any time of the day, featuring modern appliances and countertops, including a breakfast bar that seats two people. Please be aware that air conditioning is not available. The bedroom is furnished with a brand new queen-sized bed, a flat screen television, and a vanity sink. Furthermore, the main hallway includes a full bathroom that features a second vanity sink and a tub/shower combination.
