Covering 1,068 square feet, the unit features an open floor plan with new wood flooring that flows seamlessly through the living, dining, and kitchen spaces. The kitchen is fully equipped, with ample counter space that encourages family gatherings, complemented by modern appliances and cabinetry. The dining area showcases a charming rustic table with six chairs and three stools, perfect for relaxation, gaming, and enjoying meals together. In the main living room, comfortable furnishings enhance the atmosphere of the wood fireplace, while a flat-screen TV and a large skylight provide plenty of natural light and a view of the night sky. Thrilled with the Alpine slide and gondola ride in Winter Park Resort. Hiked to Columbine lake in the Arapaho National Forest and to Adam's Falls and beyond in Rocky Mountain National Park as well as a breathtaking drive along Trailridge Road.
