I have used VRBO for numerous vacations. This one was tops. We had originally rented a different unit. About 5 hours prior to check in the property management unit contacted me on the slopes. They apologized for the unit not being ready and offered me another unit if it was acceptable. It was a great upgrade and we were thrilled. This condo was beautiful and in a perfect location! Very clean, had everything we needed and nicely decorated. We were within walking distance to the Rendezvous event center, shops and restaurants, and of course biking & hiking trails. Winter Park Lodging Co made check in and check out so easy. The facility is well maintained and in a great location. The room had all of the amenities we needed and was clean and functional. The Lodge itself is in a very central location for short walks and entertainment. The communication from the staff via text or email was fine. We enjoyed absolutely everything the space had to offer, from the large kitchen to the comfortable beds to the shared hot tub.
