The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, pots, pans, and cooking utensils, facilitating effortless meal preparation. The spacious dining area, which is connected to both the kitchen and the main living area, offers a pleasant environment for enjoying meals together. On chilly winter days and nights, as well as during the occasional cool summer evening, a gas fireplace creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The furnishings in the living room provide a comfortable area to unwind and watch the flat-screen TV, with easy access to the private patio from this ground-floor unit. Additionally, the cozy couch can be converted into a queen sofa sleeper. Please be aware that there is no air conditioning. The primary bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom featuring dual vanity sinks and a tub/shower combination.
