The compact central island functions as an excellent workspace or additional seating during meals. This unit is situated on the ground floor, allowing for easy access to the outdoor area. The dining space, adjacent to the kitchen, provides an unobstructed view of the living room and can accommodate eight people at the generous table. The main living area is furnished with comfortable seating, a wood-burning fireplace, a flat-screen television, a VCR, a DVD player, a stereo system, complimentary Wi-Fi, a small half bathroom, a washer and dryer, and does not include air conditioning. Furthermore, it features a private deck that overlooks a large grassy area, ideal for summer enjoyment and conveniently located next to the main recreation center. The spacious master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom, direct access to the primary private deck, and is equipped with a queen-sized bed. The second bedroom also contains a queen bed and offers access to the main bathroom situated in the hallway. The third bedroom serves as a children's retreat, complete with a shower bathroom and a Captain’s Bunk.
