This beautiful mountain home is centrally located in the Fraser Valley. It is luxury in a rustic mountain setting. The home is situated on a large wooded lot giving you the peace and tranquility you are looking for in a mountain getaway. Yet, the home is just minutes away from world class downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snowmobiling, and many other mountain recreational activities. Summer activities offer hiking, mountain biking, rafting, golf, fishing, boating, as well as activities at the base of Winter Park Ski resort.

Sleeps 12 to 16 people comfortably. Master bedroom has a king bed, second bedroom has a queen bed, third bedroom has a queen bed, fourth bedroom has two double/twin bunks and there is a double sofa sleeper in the lower-level recreation room.

Kitchen Amenities: The kitchen is fully equipped to enable you to create wonderful meals for all your guests. There is a full kitchen including a full size refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and gas range and stove. We have included all the things that we find valuable in a home kitchen and have tried to have it available in our mountain home. As an example, we have included a coffee grinder alongside the coffee maker.

There are also plenty of dishes and utensils for two meals so one set can be in the dishwasher while you have enough for your next meal. We have included high quality pots and pans as well as additional small appliances that you would not normally have available in a rental home. These would include a rice cooker, a crock pot, waffle maker, and even an electric griddle. We also have a nice tablecloth and cloth napkins for special occasions and meals. Creating a huge meal like a Thanksgiving meal with all the fixings is not a problem at our home!

Entertainment : The home has all the entertainment amenities that you want. Both living areas feature High Definition TVs with an HD satellite TV. Both entertainment systems include home theater speaker systems. We include a collection of DVD movies that are available for you to use. Additionally, we have an X-Box entertainment system for the kids. We also have a small collection of X-Box games for use. For the adults, we have a Poker game table that we have equipped with poker chips - so no need to bring your own.

Other amenities include free local and long distance as well as high speed internet with WiFi connection. You will need to bring a laptop with you to access the internet.

We have an outdoor hot tub that has a heated walkway. No need to trample through ice and snow! It is so wonderful to sit in the hot tub after a day spent in the outdoors and enjoy the stars.

Upper Level:
- Bedroom #1 Master (at the end of the hall) Has king bed, dresser, ensuite bathroom, 2 night stands and 2 closets
- Bathroom #1 (within master) has double sinks, toilet, stand up shower and separate tub
- Bedroom #2 (to the right) has queen bed, 1 night stand and closet
- Bedroom #3 (to the left) has queen bed, dresser, 2 night stands and a closet
- Bathroom #2 (across from bedroom #3) has sink, toilet and shower/bath combo
- Kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, 4 eye stove top with oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee pot and keurig
- Dining Room with table, 8 chairs and high chair
- Outdoor Space #1 Through front door from living room there is a deck that wraps around to the left leading to table, 6 chairs and grill with stairs that go down to ground level. Another door to outside is through the dining room area.
- Main Family Room has tv, sound bar, large sectional couch, freestanding gas fireplace, books and games

- Downstairs Family Room has a sectional couch, tv, xbox and an extra chair if needed
- Bedroom #4 has 4 full size double up bunk beds, a closet, dresser and door to hot tub!

- Outdoor space through Bedroom #4 has a picnic table with 5 benches and hot tub!
- Bathroom # 3 has shower/bath combo, toilet and sink.

All Winter Park House properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3–4-night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker (Keurig and standard), cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances (griddle, crock pot, blender, food processor, rice cooker and waffle maker).

We also have a new large capacity front loading washer and dryer for your use.

The home is heated through radiant floor heating which feels great when walking barefoot through the home on those winter days or when getting out of the shower and stepping on the warm floor tiles!

We also have a heated oversized garage with plenty of room for your ski equipment and mountain bikes.

The 0.67 acre lot allows for lots of room for snowball fights and for making snowmen. It also has an excellent open area for a gentle but thrilling 150 ft. sled ride. The kids seem to love spending their extra time playing outside even after a hard day of skiing.

House Rules
1.) Please respect our county wide quiet time hours are 9pm to 7am. Our county does fine for violations and that will be at your expense.
2.) No events of any kind permitted at anytime. Violations will result in immediate eviction and $1500 fine.
3.) No outdoor fires are permitted at anytime.
4.) Our home allows a maximum of six vehicles, two in the garage and four in the driveway. No on street parking is permitted and the county will tow at your expense. Campers are not permitted.
5.) All of our rentals are non-smoking. By renting this home, you are stating that you will not smoke in our vacation rentals. You will lose your deposit if evidence of smoke is found once you check out.
6.) You and your guest are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items.
7.) No boats or trailers are to be parked at our rental properties. Any fines as a result of this broken rule, will be charged to the refundable deposit.

Our home is equipped with noise/smoke sensors. Exterior cameras are also present.

We try to be very responsive to any questions ahead of time. Once you are reserved, you will receive a welcome packet that provides codes where you can access the house any time. We have an onsite property manager that can take care of any issues or repairs during your stay. Overall, our guests find us extremely responsive when needed, but let you enjoy your vacation if we're not needed.
