Base Village Loft 109 was the perfect solution! Plenty of space yet still just a small walk to the Gondola and our skis. The loft was clean and had everything we needed. My only negative would be the distance to the shared hot tub, but it didn't stop us from using it several times during our stay. The loft was perfect for our family of 5, with three teenage boys. Logistically the garage was super convenient for storage and the walk to the gondola was reasonable. Everything in the house was in very good condition and worked well. We were concerned the garage would be too small for our rental but it worked out perfectly for a Kia Telluride. Winter Park is a great skiing resort, we enjoyed perfect weather, zero lines at the lifts (we skied Monday through Wednesday), supermarket 15 minutes drive away; we even saw a moose with baby! ##### Marcello P.
