The customer service and communication exceeded my expectations. The condo is extremely well appointed but even the random couple of items we requested in addition were taken care of within hours. The location is pretty unbeatable. You'll walk to skiing, dining, shopping, etc. The condo itself was clean and the finishes were quality. Wonderful for Skiing This was the best possible location for a ski weekend! Just steps away from lifts and restaurants. The house was immaculate and well appointed. We have stayed here many times now and highly recommend it. Perfect location, beautiful and comfortable decor, stocked with anything you may need and great communication from staff. The deck overlooking the village is so nice for people watching or just looking at the mountains. The location is amazing, as is the customer service and maintenance support. Their constant communication, text check ins, and salutations are exceptional and we have nothing negative to say. The amenities are incredibly accommodating inside and outside the facility. Literally right in the heart of the village and steps from the gondola. I had never been to WP so had no idea what to expect. It was up 3 flights of stairs but we were able to leave the ski gear on the bottom fl. However the bunk beds did not have railing. Considering we had little kids we did not feel it was safe enough and had to create a makeshift higher railing. ##### sharon c. Cool place with room for our big family, including small kids in the party. Even had toys for our toddler and board games for us big kids. Staff was courteous and thoughtful, took great care of us since the toddler got an ear infection on the trip (thanks for the card and teddy bear!). Would really benefit from ski storage in the winter and an elevator since it’s on the third floor. Kitchen had plenty of kitchenware and plateware for cooking. I’d recommend parking a car in the free lot up the road if you bring more than one (garage for one car included). ##### Jason S. It is nicely decorated and has been well taken care of. Everything that we used worked as expected. It's in a very convenient location in the central resort village. While this area is busy during the day, it was quiet in the late evening and overnight. There was free summer parking in the adjacent parking lot and private garage. We had two families share the unit. The configuration worked well for us, giving us separate spaces downstairs with room to meet upstairs as a group. ##### Myron B. Unit was nicely decorated and clean. Suggestion is the TV's in the unit need a written guide as to how to get to comcast or use Netflix. There are several remotes with every TV and they are all different. You need to know what HDMI goes to what devices. Every time you turn on the Livingroom TV you have to go input to get to Comcast.
