I give my guests space but am available when needed. A phone call or text is always welcomed.

Walk to downtown or hop on 'the lift,' the local free shuttle with a stop conveniently located outside of the condo. Please note that the hot tub is shared in the condo community, not private. Pending the weather and attire, you may find it more comfortable to drive 1 minute to and from the hot tub.

Guests have access to the entire condo and private sauna.

Memory foam mattresses with plush linens will guarantee a peaceful nights rest. Each room has balcony access so you can enjoy the evening mountain air. Master bathroom plus shared full bathroom. Two futons can sleep an additional 2-4 people. Washer, Dryer, and Private Sauna all in unit. Private one car garage and additional shared off street parking

Please note:
- This is a private condo -not a hotel or resort
- It is on the 3rd floor . Unfortunately, we do not have an elevator. Our guests say the views are worth it!
- An additional fee for supplies and linens is assessed for groups over 6. That fee is $25 per guest over 6 people per night.

Free Town Bus picks up right out front every 30 minutes during the day during ski season. It is 5 minutes to town center and 10 minutes to the ski mountain. 15 minute walk to town center. Please confirm schedule and routes for changes based on seasonality

Please note that the hot tub is shared in the condo community, not private. Pending the weather and attire, you may find it more comfortable to drive 1 minute to and from the hot tub.

NEED EARLY CHECK IN OR WISH TO DEPART LATE? We are happy to accommodate at no additional cost so long as this is arranged and no conflict exists during these times: April- June 30, Sept- Dec 10th. If this is needed in the busy season, we will do our best to accommodate and may be limited due to scheduling and other reservations.

When applicable, we have contracted with Truvi (formerly SuperHog) for 3rd party identity verification in addition to providing options for a damage waiver or refundable security deposit. We know this extra step is annoying and appreciate you working with us to ensure that if accidents occur during your stay, we have an easy path to resolution. Don't hesitate to reach out with questions on this.
