"Walking into our room, we were impressed with the size. Went to the window to see the view and were shocked with the damage to it. Peeling paint, warped wood and black mould. Inspection of the bed revealed multiple hairs, mystery stains and general dirt. I would not stay here again."

"Wasn't bad, but wasn’t great either. I got this place specifically for room service. THEY DONT HAVE ROOM SERVICE, so false advertisement there. The mattress is too hard, pillows are super lumpy, I got approximately 3 hours of sleep all night and when I woke, I was in severe back and shoulder pain. The coffee is disgusting and they don't provide cream or sugar and the cup is like a dixie cup, not a coffee cup. I asked for a microwave cuz it says to request, they said my room was equipped, it was not. And the best part, the trains run ALL night right outside your room, love that, no I dont lol. All in all, I will never go back. Oh and we ordered food from the restaurant, it was like soup, except it was pasta and a ginger bowl and both meals upset tummys, so ya, not the greatest vacay lol. Do what you want with that info!"

"Their TV didn't work and when I called to reception, they told me it is not their fault and it is ROGER issue. I explained for reception I booked room from their hotel with full facility not from ROGER but her explanation was not sufficient. "

"One elevator wasn't working when we stayed. For a couple hours both elevators were not working which made it hard for my mom with multiple health conditions to travel multiple flights of stairs. That was our only issue, everything else was good! "
