"Its a charming old 1890's vacation home by the lake. Rooms are clean and comfortable. It is a bed and breakfast, but the breakfast could use an upgrade. Overall, if you like old homes and quiet days/nights by the lake. This is the place."

"Everything was up to service. It was practically perfect in every way. We both loved the room. The comfortability, the cleanliness, everything was quick and the environment was great too. He made a comment that it always smelled of green tea and it made it all the better.

"This is a nice hotel with a great hot breakfast, nice pool, spa, and patio, and really comfortable rooms. While it might seem far from the center of Gainesville, not being near Archer Road and all the traffic of that area made it super easy to get around where we needed to go. We'll definitely try to stay here again."
