I had a partial view of the river and it was perfect. The hotel has a perfect view into the river and the city! It’s walking distance from food places and lounges/hangouts so it made it easier. Breakfast was also delicious and everything was well maintained. Overall I would stay again and recommend it.

The property was clean, well located, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only problem was one of the two elevators was out of service. In addition, the breakfast buffet was good. They should have been quicker to fix this situation.

Great location to enjoy the riverfront in Windsor. Helpful staff, a filling breakfast, fun pool for the kids! Too bad there seems to only be 2 elevators and lacking service elevators also. Long waits for elevators. Otherwise a comfortable 2ND stay for our family!

I had a wonderful stay at this location and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.From the moment I arrived, the friendly staff made me feel incredibly welcome and looked after. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and I was really impressed by the fully stocked bathroom and the abundance of fresh towels provided.This location is in a prime location, making it easy to get around and explore the area. While the parking was located across the street, it was well worth the short walk for the convenience and quality of the stay. I will definitely be back!
