    The living areas of this reverse level property consist of a first-floor open-plan living area with a kitchen containing an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice dispenser, washing machine, dishwasher and coffee maker, a dining room with seating for 10 people, a sitting room with a Smart TV, a first-floor utility with a washing machine and tumble dryer, a ground-floor cinema room with Smart TV, and a mezzanine games room with books and table football. The bedrooms consist of ground-floor king-size with en-suite bathroom, a king-size with en-suite bathroom, and a king-size with en-suite shower room, a ground-floor king-size with en-suite shower room, and a twin with en-suite shower room, along with a cloakroom. Outside, there is a multi-level garden with sheltered patio, gravelled area and furniture, a first-floor balcony with furniture, a boat house, and off-road parking for 4 cars. Within 3.1 miles you will find a shop and pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. Pets are welcome. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Kessock offers spectacular views across Lake Windermere for a rural escape with stylish, contemporary comforts. Please note that this is a multi-level property with a steep incline to access the house from the off-road parking, please take care. The garden is not enclosed and leads to Lake Windermere, pets and children should be supervised at all times.Note: No hen, stag or similar parties
