Designed to accommodate large groups, this spacious home boasts six bedrooms, and offers a total of 11 beds, ensuring privacy and comfort. Indulge in the great outdoors with our private dock, a hot tub, and delightful amenities, all set against the backdrop of Tim's Ford Lake.

    Guest will have access to the entire house with the exception of owner’s closets and garage.
    Other things to note
    Tim’s Ford Lake is generated by a dam. The water level does fluctuate and goes down usually in October, and rises again around April. You can visit TVA’s website for current water levels. While the property does have a dock, when the water level is down, it may not be accessible depending on the steepness of the gangway ( the bridge to the dock) However, there is still great water views and you can relax and even fish off the pier.
    This home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. If you are looking for a place to party this would not accommodate your needs.
    In order to fully enjoy our lake home we ask that you be at least 25 years old.
