Beautiful and Peaceful

We stayed for a few days to watch college baseball at Sewanee. This cottage is perfect location and set-up for 3 or 4 people. It is well equipped, clean, and extremely comfortable. Loved our time there!

Graduation weekend stay and retreat

The house was very comfortable, clean and modern. Enjoyed our stay. We hiked and used the fire pit. Close enough to the university for important graduation events. Great for our dog who had an area to play in. Would come back for weekend again, just to enjoy the area.

Conveniently located for concerts at The Caverns

The home was clean and well maintained, and the wooded setting was nice. We appreciated it's relative isolation from other homes, which offered a bit of privacy. Don't miss the hike to the waterfall. Although we were there during a drought, it was still a nice walk.

Tiny House Luxury

Very nicely decorated and well equipped in beautiful private setting. Great for those traveling with a pet. Outdoor fenced yard was great! It was almost perfect but the bed needs replacing as it was lumpy and uneven making it hard to get comfortable. Other than that we would give this tiny home experience 5 stars.

Fall getaway

Very lovely home. It was surprisingly better than the pictures. Easy to get in the gate and the house with the instructions supplied via email the morning of. Very quiet and serene setting. Everything you need is here, if you want to cook. We chose to go to the restaurants. Papa Ron's Italian restaurant was incredible. The bed was so comfy. The home was really clean. The trails surrounding the community were a fun addition to staying here. An electric fireplace in the living room was a super nice touch. Being able to bring our dog made it our decision to choose this home. We highly recommend staying here, as you won't be disappointed.

Wow Oh Wow

The hubs and I chose this place for a mini vacation to celebrate 23 years of marriage and let me just say… I am so glad we did. This tiny home was exceptional! It was so clean (couch cracks needed to be vacuumed) and decorated so cute!! The setting was perfect! I have recommended this tiny home to several people, so hopefully they’ll take the recommendation. The area outside was just right! We hiked a trail that was absolutely gorgeous. County was under a no ban burn, so we couldn’t utilize the fire pit, but it was so peaceful just sitting outside. We both would highly recommend anyone staying here. It is perfect for a couple for sure!! The check in and check out was the easiest we have ever done. And I loved the idea of being in a gated area. Sooo relaxing and peaceful!! Thanks for a great stay and experience!! We hope to be back soon!!

I stayed here with my 3 boys overnight on our way home through on a roadtrip. Perfect little spot to stay. Awesome hike to a beautiful waterfall within walking distance to the trailhead. Would highly recommend!

What a wonderful tiny home this is to stay in! The house has a cute bohemian style and is super comfy. The location is amazing. Be sure to take advantage of the hiking trails right on the property. The host was extremely helpful and check-in is a piece of cake. I would highly recommend staying here!

Secluded Getaway

This was the perfect secluded getaway for my husband, myself and our three dogs. The tiny house is beautiful and the night vibes are immaculate with the outdoor lighting and fire pit. The best part of this place are the private hiking trails and the breathtaking waterfall. It’s definitely worth the drive to stay here and we plan on returning in the future!

Perfect for Dogs

My and husband and I stayed here with our three dogs while we were in the area for a concert at The Caverns. The dogs LOVED the fenced in space where they could roam around and even see some deer. At most places it seems like there’s a lot to do before checking out, but it was so much simpler here! Much less stressful. This house is in more of a private spot but we were still able to order some DoorDash when we got in a little later our first night. We had a great time and would highly recommend!
