"We stayed in the Monash Cottage as it is pet friendly, this was a major attraction for our stay. The Monash Cottage is quite a rustic building with a unique history, however the basic nature of the building won’t be for everyone. But it worked really well for our purposes and would stay again. This site is an interesting piece of living history in a rural setting."

"For Expedia people, the property has been renovated but Expedia won't let them update their pictures. The room was well appointed and the bed was heavenly. It's a very easy walk to the lighthouse and there are places to eat, as well as the hotel's restaurant (and they will also deliver to your room if you like!). It exceeded my expectations."
