"This cabin was the perfect size for our family of four. We were in town for the New River Trail races (I ran the 50k) and we enjoyed the map of the trail on the dining table. The kitchen was stocked and the snacks and K cups were appreciated. There is a trail down to the river (not for those with limited mobility) and it was a fun adventure finding the markers in the trees. "The cabin was fantastic. It was clean and well stocked. The view was great. The bath house was clean. I only have two complaints. The bath house was up a very steep hill. That needs to be included in the description as I’ve had a knee injury and wasn’t prepared for the very steep climb about 100 yards to the bath house. And the heater didn’t work. We could get the pilot light on but it wouldn’t stay on when switching to a heating mode. The cabin is clearly new so just small things to update....
