"Overall a nice hotel, friendly staff, clean, only thing that was a little bit unfortunate was the parking situation in our case since there was some type of convention and there were two people who parked in the middle of two parking spots and ruined it for everyone else. The other thing was that we heard everything that was going on in our hallway and adjoining room."

The hosts were friendly and helpful, cabin was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed, and the surroundings were quiet, rustic, and beautiful. Be sure to read about the history of the place, and the "healing spring," in the building where you check in, and save time for a morning walk along the creek. And yes, the water is delicious. For less than the cost of a hotel room in Boone, we had the most restful and restorative night and morning of our trip. So glad we found this gem in the mountains."
