The atmosphere was far from welcoming and prompted concerns for my health.Further inspection revealed not only the unpleasant scent but also a distressing sight: deceased cockroaches scattered across the floor, raising serious hygiene concerns. As I navigated the property, I noticed the warped floors, which were not only visually unappealing but also posed a safety hazard, with several planks lifting underfoot.Compounding my discomfort was the incessant noise emanating from the unit above.
