"The location is great, and free parking is a real plus. Some of the staff were lovely, some not so much. Breakfast the usual fare, a couple hot dishes, oatmeal, cold cereal, toast, pastries. My biggest complaint is the maid service. I stayed 4 nights and had to ask them to make an exception to clean my room on the 3rd day, really? Big no-no as far as I'm concerned."

"The hotel and rooms were clean. The staff was pleasant and informative. The breakfast staff was especially energetic and efficient. Great location. I guess $ 27 for parking is the new norm. The only issue is the condition of the bathroom. The tub and shower fixtures are visibly and functionally worn out. After we took our shower the fixture dropped all night. The breakfast was fresh and what you would expect."

"Love Pittsburgh, super busy weekend with graduation and the marathon. Walked everywhere, weather was cool but mostly dry. Peddle pusher was a blast! Highly recommend!"

"Nice, clean quiet room - the first choice, on the 5th floor with an interior view of the parking garage, was not great - the front desk was super nice and moved us to a higher floor. The valet in and out all day was especially helpful as it was graduation weekend and we had a lot of errands to run. I just wish the bar and restaurant were better at this property - they are usually pretty underwhelming. But I love the Joinery otherwise - really convenient downtown Pittsburgh location close to everything."
