"This was an amazing property. The home was spacious and comfortable with somewhat of a historical feel to it. We loved the quiet and location which made it private and serene but still close to town. We throughly enjoyed the views and were able to observe varieties of wildlife. We would definitely stay here again. "

"The place is perfect for a simple place to stay for one or two people. The place was super-clean and everything was in new condition. The location was quiet and peaceful with a wide variety of birds on the property. I would say the property and the unit were much nicer in person than conveyed in the photos. Rich was right there the first time I pulled up the driveway and showed me everything I needed to know about the location.I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Wickenburg."

"Easy to find the price was right nice clean room couldn't ask for anything better for the price"

"We found the property to be easy to find and access, it had what we needed and was conveniently located. The bed was very comfortable - which is important for us older folks - and everything worked as expected. It was a little noisy while someone nearby was doing yard work, and the blinds didn't completely darken the bedroom from outside lights (at night). Earplugs and an eye mask might be good to have if you're a sensitive sleeper. Washer dryer in unit but there wasn't laundry detergent available. Would stay again!"
