"Fantastic service from the owners, they made us feel very welcome upon arrival. The beds were super comfortable and that was coupled with a great view. Lots of little details which added character to the room and gave it a homey feel such as small ornaments. The breakfast was lovely, a large selection of cold meats, pastries etc even though it was only us staying. Only a 10 minute drive to Newtown so it has everything you need."

"We spotted this stunning property and looked no further. The house did not disappoint, grand and full of character. The only thing with more character is Steve the owner, what a wonderful helpful Gent he is. He's truly worthy of a visit! I guess if he has room free you could try staying a couple of nights or so as we did! The property is grand and beautifully presented with wonderful gardens, stunning views I thoroughly enjoyed my full cooked breakfast my wife said Steve's scrambled eggs were...

"Small and neat,close to train station and a Tesco that sells petrol,very friendly host ,room small but has everything,would come again( in fact I did ,this is my second time)"

"I arrived later than should for check in due to delays but was still able to book in. The room was very clean with a lovely big comfortable double bed. There was tea and coffee in the rooms plus a television which was an added bonus. The shower room was extremely clean and the shower was lovely and hot. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone. "
