"This is a delightful well equipped property which proved cosy and comfortable , much needed in a week of poor weather. The upstairs bedroom is far superior to the downstairs, as is the upstairs bathroom but twin beds don’t suit, and we weren’t sure if they were zip and link It would be really great if they were! We appreciated decent number of dishwasher and laundry tablets, provisions for the dog, and a quirky welcome pack. Thank you."

"Huggins Cottage is one of the loveliest places we've stayed, and by far the best cared for. We were made to feel welcome every step of the way, from booking to leaving. Very thoughtfully equipped kitchen, and house generally, with very comfortable beds. Bookshelves included a wealth of information about the area. "The cabin was such a special place with the river right at the edge of the garden. We sat out and enjoyed dinner on the platform just next to the water and lit a small fire in the fire pit under the stars. The property was ideal for myself and my two young children (6 and 8, all of us sharing the one room) but would also be great for a couple looking for a getaway in a convenient location for exploring the beautiful surrounding area."

"A lovely stay at Bucknell Station Cottage, just perfect for us (2 adults and 2 children). The kids loved staying in their room together and the wooden train set was a nice touch, going well with looking out the window as the big trains rolled past! Very well located for day trips in and around Shropshire as well as over the nearby border in to lovely Wales. Home made flapjacks greeting us on arrival were very well received! Thanks to Nina,Sam and family, a lovely space for a quiet break away."

"This was a beautiful place, both the gardens and the actual rental. Rental was an amazing converted barn with a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor and a lounge and bathroom upstairs with vaulted ceilings and well equiped modern kitchen. Everything about the rental was first class. Rob greeted us on arival and was always available if needed. We used the rental as a base to visit, Ludlow, Hay-on-wye, severn valley railroad, Croft Castle and Ironbridge. All were easy drives of an hour or...

"This property is in a beautiful location. The owners have thought of everything and it was immaculately clean. There were homemade cakes on arrival with a pint of milk and tea/coffee. The kitchen was very well equipped and soft furnishings, bed linen & towels all of good quality. Lovely self contained garden. Really could not fault anything."

"Lovely comfortable cottage. Well equipped and very central to local shops. I walked to Long Mynd from the cottage. Wouldnt hesitate to return here at some point in the future. Owners were very responsive to messages"
