"My first room the air con was not working or the tv - went to ask if maintenance could help and was just instantly upgraded. Fab service - although someone did walk in to our room at 10:30 thinking it was empty !"

"What a hidden gem! We were pleasantly surprised to find this at such a great price the day we needed it. Yes some areas of the hotel are a little tired but we loved it. A lift, air conditioning, lovely spacious room and the pool…. Wow! The restaurant was great valve for the evening meal as was the complimentary breakfast. There was nothing here we didn’t like. We wished we could have done 2 nights here! Thank you team we had a wonderful stay over. "

"Initial room was unsuitable for our needs, as booked, but thanks to Natalia whose professional outlook actually found a suitable room, our stay was enjoyable although breakfast prices were beyond our budget so we ate offsite . The only thing was was missing in our room was an information booklet regarding site facilities, menus, local amenities etc. and more importantly tv instructions."
