"I had an excellent stay from start to finish. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which made the whole experience feel effortless and relaxing. The food was another highlight, beautifully prepared, full of flavour, and far better than I expected. Every meal felt like a treat. Overall, it was a wonderful visit, and I’d happily return. "The Hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were very polite and friendly. Breakfast was enjoyable and plentiful with a wide selection to choose from although somewhat pricey. Hotel is located right in the centre of Hereford close to all shops, pubs and cathedral. "

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Food in restaurant very good. Excellent value for money. It's being refurbished and this does need to continue, as some parts are a bit 'tired', though still very clean. Main criticism would be the lighting - mis-matched and dull lighting in the bedrooms, would be an easy fix. Would definitely recommend though, given excellent value for money and great food."
