"Beautifully converted barn. Amazing and unique feature bed, nice to see history being preserved. Tranquil & peaceful. Comfortable, cosy with light and airy living space. The best stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen! All the utensils & cookware you could ever need. Clean, fresh smelling. Own private decking. Lovely to listen to the birds & rain through the French doors. Elizabeth was welcoming, friendly & helpful. Cookies, milk & homemade apple juice welcome pack. Donkey, horses & goats greeted us...

"Lovely views the hosts were very welcoming. The wild life was great its not everyday that you can be sitting outside, with deer wondering through your back garden . The local pubs were good value and staff very accommodating lThe cottage itself was very clean and had all you would require for a short stay."

"We were 4 middle aged ladies looking for somewhere rural to walk and relax. Village is a 20 minute walk with an excellent shop and pub. There was a bus service to Hay on Wye. The cottage was clean, warm and had everything we needed including a welcome basket of local products and homemade jam."

"Great few days staying at this lovely location, despite being a mid terrace style cottage we never heard anyone, lovely comfortable bed and sofa, kitchen was well equipped and a nice walk into Ledbury itself. Was also an easy drive to various other locations. The tiny niggles were the tv was a little temperamental and needed it's ariel wire tightening and wiggling. Could do with instructions for heating as managed to get bedroom one on but not lounge and was a little chilly in the evenings, but...

"The location of Blackway House is great, and it's set in lovely grounds with plenty of outside space. It was ideal for our large group for a weekend, with plenty of sleeping space and a large kitchen diner and two generous living rooms. Given the cost of the property we were disappointed to have to pay extra to check in an hour early and to see that other things like using the outside fire pit also cost extra. Unfortunately the TV didn't work, and using the toaster caused the electrics to...
