"5 Stars for Seaside Perch! This charming suite exceeded my expectations. Immaculately clean, with a well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, and lovely outdoor private patio. Paula (our host) went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The location was perfect as well...close to amenities and only a few minutes walk to Whiffin Spit beach. Thank you Paula and Ed. We will definitely come back again."

"Great location - Wiffin Spit is only a hop, skip and a jump away. Ideal for those who are travelling with a dog, or who enjoy a beach walk. The property is beautifully landscaped with a part of the yard available for use nestled in a very quiet area. It was well supplied for those who like to cook and had lots of natural light. The host was very responsive and supplied great information of things to do in the area. A great place to stay and relax."

"What a magical place! The place was more updated than what the pictures show. The beds are very comfortable and plenty of room to spread out. The huge lot was a major plus and the kitchen had everything we needed. Wifi was great. It's only 2 mins from the East Sooke Regional Park which had the most incredible hiking. The general store was well equipped, even carrying fresh beef and chicken and everything we needed to get by on our week (except beer and wine - but you the liquor store is only 5 more mins away) The grounds were well cared for. Hope to be back one day!"

"Beautiful view. Everything clean in the house. Bed v comfy. Great shower. Great appliances.seats on the cliff overlooking the water were lovely. The deck needs to be washed. Some more kitchen things would be a plus: pasta strainer, chopping board, serving dish and larger spoon for serving, grater. Also washclothes for bathroom."

"We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. The views were spectacular! We were lucky enough one mort to see a pod of Orca swimming past the home and heading into the harbor. Later that evening we saw them again heading out to the ocean. There was also no shortage of sea otters that swam around in the waters and hung out on the home’s dock in the evening. We saw deer passing thru the property in the early mornings. The home was very spacious and had everything we needed for our group of 6 and 2 dogs. We had great views from the kitchens in our area as we had to , family room & two bedrooms. Nothing blocked our views since the railings were glass. There was lots of comfortable seating in all of the outdoor areas. This was especially nice if you wanted some peace and quiet to simply enjoy the view or read a book. We enjoyed the outdoor spa. Kayaks & paddle boards were available. Because the main house only has 2 bedrooms, some of our group stayed in the guest house that had a bedroom & a loft sleeping area. The washer & dryer were in mint condition. The host, Rachel, met us upon arrival & gave a quick tour of the home. She was helpful in pointing out things we needed to know. She was also quick to respond any time we had questions. During our stay we were able to visit the surrounding areas along with trips to Victoria & Sidney."
