This fully-equipped townhome features 2 bathrooms, 2 luxurious soaker tubs, an in-suite washer and dryer, and a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops. Bonus! The primary bedroom is connected to its own private balcony, offering stunning views of the marina and gorgeous Sooke Basin. Strata Hotel Registration: ST674743136 This vacation home is professionally managed by True Key Vacations Ltd. There are staff onsite at Sooke Harbour Resort & Marina between 9am and 5pm PST for any issues that may occur. This home is located just minutes from downtown Sooke which offers grocery stores, pharmacies, liquor stores, restaurants, cafe's and shops. Also, this Resort has a 114-slip marina onsite which is home to many fishing charter companies plus whale watching tours. You can rent a bike or kayak from West Coast Outdoor Adventures which is also located at this beautiful Resort. Take a drive to one of the many areas offering walking trails, hiking trails, beaches, mountain biking and more. You can't beat this area of Vancouver Island for outdoor activities! Before arrival, you will be contacted by the True Key Vacations team to give you directions on accessing your suite. The doors will have a 4-digit code and you can park one vehicle in the car port out front. There is ample parking, it's close to parks and shopping and has amazing views of the mountains and Sooke Harbor. There are two community hot-tubs on the property --- so bring your suits! It felt unnecessarily convoluted. Also, the ad states that there’s a hottub, but doesn’t include pictures or info so I thought it was a mistake…. Plenty of space, comfortable and clean bedding and 2 bathrooms! We booked this place for our weekend trip to spend some family time together as some of us were running the Victoria Marathon as well. I'd highly recommend to other runners in the future if you don't mind driving in for about 45 minutes. The hot tub was also a really nice addition to relax and warm up again after the run and it was all very clean and comfortable.
