"Location is great but disappointing in cleanliness, bathroom had a sewer smell and main door was busted which made it hard to open/close it. Other this his everything was good."

"I was pretty excited for our stay at the ocean hotel and casino. Check in was spot on. We got 21st floor with ocean view. Immediately when we entered the hallway the entire hallway smelled like cigarette. We tried to ignore (can’t really blame on the hotel staff). The room was fairly cleaned. We stepped outside for dinner. When we came back, my room smelled like weed. Not just little smell but filled with weed. I immediately brought it to the front desk, who was initially resistant for room change. The front desk personnel had to make a few phone calls and minutes and minutes after she gave us a different room. We were there when the cleaning staff came to inspect the previous room, and the only thing she did was just a couple spray of febreze. The second room we got was poorly cleaned. The trash was not emptied, the shampoo and conditioner were essentially empty. I was glad we got some towels. The casino machines are all old and need renovations. The only good thing about the hotel is the proximity to the beach but it’s inconvenient to get to other places. The stores were essentially dead and quiet, no convenient store available, the only one that sells canned alcohol beverages closes at 7pm. What kind of a place hotel casino is this? Unfortunately my family and I won’t be staying here ever again. "

"Definitely 3/10. The location and the polite staff were the only appeal. They claimed room service online, but there was none. The phone number to call down to the valet desk was not in service. The valets opened the hood of our truck. Not sure why they openned it. Our first room bathroom had rust & scum in the tub. The bathroom blinds wouldn't ooen. The toilet seat was broken. The room they moved us to had a visible layer of dust. There was hair on the ceiling in tha bathroom (was scared to ask how that got there). There were 2 rings of scum between the toliet and the tub that made it clear no one mopped. Rust around the tub. A portion of the ceiling looked like it was going to collapse in the tub. The room next door had someone smoking in it. Just not a great experience given how expensive the hotel is."

"Dirty spots on the floor. Elevator stopped working for part of my stay. Staff was attentive; other guests were being noisy after hours which the staff handled well. Beds were not made each day"
