I have been staying at the here for over 20 years and it is always clean and the staff are always friendly from the time you check in till you check out. That includes all the restaurants and the stores. I think it’s one of the best hotels on the boardwalk.

The staff was very nice always helpful. The Casino was clean, however I didn't know they still let you SMOKE in the Casino, but there were non-smoking areas. Loved that there were a lot of Restaurants to choose from, you really didn't have to leave the hotel. Check in and out was a breeze!! Parking was cheap which was really good! Had a great stay! Will differently stay again.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay at Tropicana recently! Our only concern was our room towels were a bit dirty with what appeared to be makeup from a previous guest. However, overall we enjoyed our time at Tropicana and would come again. FYI we would NOT recommend eating at Wild Honey, the food is underwhelming and not worth the 100$ we spent to dine there. Highly recommend Casa Taco and Tequila right next to hooters downstairs. Food was amazing!

I didn’t like staying at the Chelsea Tower. It was a very old outdated tower. The hallway are old and gloomy and dark with peeling wallpaper. I requested to have my room cleaned. I was told they were not going to clean my room. I had to request for towels. I had a request for my garbage to be removed and a request for. The drain in my shower to be fixed because I’m about to overflow on the floor. I was told to leave the garbage outside in the hallway and when I checked out the next morning was still sitting there in the hallway. This is including dirty towels. I had a better experience last year at the Havana Tower is a newer tower, much nicer cleaner and well kept.

I stayed in The Chelsea Tower which is a distance from the Casino and The Quarter. The price was great for the Holiday Weekend, which is not common for AC. The room decor is stuck in the 70’s. All of the furniture in the suite is so old. I’m surprised it is still functional. Even the lamps look like something from an old movie set. The entire tower needs renovating. But I must say, it was clean. I will give them that.
