I enjoy coming to Haven Inn. The staff are friendly and can usually accommodate your request if availability is good. They keep the rooms very clean. I love the new shower heads in the bathrooms and the upgraded air conditioning units. My overall stays are usually very positive.

While the room itself was ok and spacious, the staff could use a bit of help with their customer service skills, The lady at the reception desk reluctantly agreed to check in one hour early although I had requested to check-in sooner than 3pm and the room was ready anyway. She had trouble with me asking her to fix the TV which wasn't working - she asked me if I know how to turn it on... She also suggested I should bring my own hangers since there were none in the room and asked me what I did with used towels when I requested to provide new towels & soap. Beyond this, as a Budget hotel, it's OK.

Parking was a little tight but other than that I had no complaints. I came down on business so the only thing that really mattered to me was getting sleep. It was quiet and I slept good.

Property was well-maintained. Enough parking for all the rooms. Staff was friendly upon check-in and throughout the stay. It was hot when I stayed there so air conditioner was a definite plus. I had to leave another motel because my air conditioner broke and they would not move me! So I came and stayed here. I should’ve just booked here. It was nice and cool in my room. I am very much into cleanliness and my room was clean. My room had everything that a Motel room should. Icemaker was working. Property was quiet throughout my stay, they had cameras throughout. I would stay here again.
