My booking was honoured and I was given an upgrade which was a lovely surprise. The concierge was absolutely lovely and explained the change of the hotel to Paradox Hotel. Hotel staff were lovely. The room was absolutely stunning and faultless. Location is perfect."

For business traveler, it's great that there is a quality iron and iron board, so I have neat looking shirts every day."
