"Amazing service I went with my friend for her 85th birthday. On arrival they wished her happy birthday, gave her a gift then room service bought a birthday cake. Staff lovely and helpful. Very clean beds sooo comfy. Excellent location going again definitely. Oh breakfast best ive ever had and i have stayed in different hotels this is tge best.try the cinnamon toast delicious. Friendly from start to finish nothing too much trouble. Thank you so much x"

Didnt eat at the hotel but visited Vicinity and Vu bars where staff provided excellent service. Would like to have sat at The Lawn but there were no tables available."
