"The hotel was clean and well presented. The beds were comfortable and I liked that there was a mini fridge in the room for someone who has young kids that's great to pop some juice in past the usual tea and coffee. The bathroom was clean and tidy with no broken bits. We had a meal in the evening and that was amazingly nice and didn't break the bank. The staff were all friendly and very helpful and the breakfast was great quality and had a good selection. There was disabled parking right outside the reception which was a great. Only bit that was a downside for us on this trip was the swimming pool is 18+ my 9 year old was a little sad about that. But the place is clean the staff are great the food was lovely and it was a good chunk cheaper than bland chain hotels which are never as nice or as clean."

"Great location for the international arena, hotel was well maintained and clean although the room was a bit cold and the hot water in the bath/shower was scalding or freezing and the hand basin didn’t get hot. Staff were very pleasant and the breakfast was great, I would recommend."

"Overall room was clean if a little tired, needing refurbishment. This was reflected in the fixtures and fittings throughout the hotel. I had previously stayed at the hotel approx 12 months (Ramada) before and it was 'tired' then, so in need of capital expenditure."

"My daughter's kindle gpt taken with bed linen and was never given back. Staff said they would try to find it but didn't bother contacting me back. There was police arresting someone outside the hotel with suspected weapon that had entered the hotel. Would never go back."

"I had a great stay at this hotel, for business or leisure it’s a great choice. Also, Marita on reception, helped me enormously when I lost my wedding ring! She went above and beyond the call of duty to help me get it returned, answering my (several worried) calls and generally being fantastically helpful and kind over several days. "Last minute hotel room. No kitchen was frustrating so had to find a takeaway close by. Close to my destination of Telford International Centre. Key card worked when it wanted to and also same issue with the shower"
