Great hotel for families.

Beautiful view and very large room.

We were staying in Tokyo for 8 nights, this was a family trip. Great location at Daiba, monorail station between the Tokyo Daiba and Hilton hotels, area around the hotels provides nice walks along the waterfront and plenty of retail therapy if you need it. Hotel facilities were good,we included breakfast as we had our 2 teenage boys, breakfast was well worth it. Only bugbear was gym and pool facilities had to be paid separately and were approx £10 a visit, my son and I used this once, the...

Always a pleasure staying in this hotel. The views are stunning.

After travelling for over 25 hours we arrived at the hotel and we were greeted by an extremely friendly member of staff who took our baggage and led us to the individual desk where you check in. We were led to our room by another polite member of staff who asked us if we needed anything. It's worth noting here that you actually receive a silver key to unlock your room opposed to a card. The room was large with an amazing view. There's an ice bucket in room that is replenished every day, well...

Room was great, clean, excellent shower and facilities. Hotel staff were super helpful arranging everything from train tickets to restaurant bookings, nice spa and pool as well.

Picking a hotel in densely populated Tokyo can be daunting; there is so much choice across all price ranges and types / specifications. This hotel stood out for being relatively unknown and only a couple of years old: not cheap. It by no means at the top end of any budget. It's close to a couple of metro lines and central. Located onl the top 7 floors of the Tokyo Garden Terrace complex (30-36). It has stunning views across the City from reception, bars, rooms club lounge and the fitness...

Hotel was in an incredible location, overlooking Tokyo. It was on top of multiple metro stations making travelling Tokyo easy. The hotel itself was incredible with huge and luxurious rooms. The service was 2nd to none also.

Lovely hotel with great staff and service

Extremely comfortable, quiet and well equipped rooms. Very helpful and polite staff. Would highly recommend the Hyatt House Tokyo Shibuya

Beautiful hotel, great facilities, great staff. Highly recommend.

During our first trip to Tokyo we got a super deal on this hotel from Expedia - more than 50% cheaper than other 5* hotels in Tokyo, but without any compromise on what you would expect from The Peninsula Hotel brand. This hotel is in the centre of Tokyo, in an area compared to Mayfair in London - brilliant starting point! Your every need is looked after, and they were very helpful in booking me some great Michelin Starred Sushi restaurants in the area. The room itself was incredible, huge...

Hotel is efficient and modern with great facilities and restaurants. The staff were friendly knowledgeable and helpful. The China Blue restaurant was spectacular

We stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi for the first six nights of our trip to Japan and returned again for another five nights before flying home. It is truly an exceptional hotel and incredibly well managed. There is honestly nothing we could criticise. The rooms are beautiful, the facilities are outstanding, and everything is designed to make your stay effortless and comfortable. What really makes the hotel special, however, is the staff. Everyone we encountered was extremely...
