"La chambre excellente avec la vue propre le personnel de service des chambres excellent. Le personnel de la réception laisse à désirer, j’ai reçu ma chambre après 16 h et aucune excuse ou service offert, on est resté ma compagne et moi après la OMRA épuisée dan une salle de réception avec du thé et de l’eau à ne pas boire et je me lever toute les 10 minutes a demandé est ce que la chambre est prête au but du compte après plus de 30 minutes d’attente on nous informe que la chambre est prête et aucune excuse , je pensais que c’était un 5 étoiles mais apparemment il font du travail d’usine. C’est ce que j’ai aussi remarqué lors du petit déjeuner la nourriture est standard aucune originalité et le personnel semblait dépassé par les demandes. Le dîner est banale par rapport à d’autres hôtels 5 étoiles du secteur."

"Hotel location is really good, its clean, lifts were never really busy and most importantly the service from staff was excellent (these are the most important factors of a hotel). However, there is some room for improvement- the rooms could be a bit better maintained (needs someone with an eye for detail), rooms could do with extra amenities (e.g. toothbrush, toothpaste, room slippers etc), hotel musallas speakers could do with updating etc"

"The staff was unbelievable. I had room on the 6th floor over looking green dome i loved the view. The cleaning staff on the 6th floor was excellent friendly helpful. Two guys MD TAJUL ISLAM MD ASHIKUL ISLAM were really great help. They were super nice always smiling always helping people. I would definitely go back and go to 6th floor because of them."
