Amazing place to stay very close to the haram. Very clean rooms with excellent faculties and a great spread out breakfast. Very helpful and courteous staff. I used to be a regular at a hotel opposite Makarem but henceforth this is my permanent stay. Thanks to everyone at Makarem.

MaShaaAllah. Clean and beautiful place, nearby Haram. Staff were very friendly and will go above and beyond to help you. The smell of main lobby, elevators, and rooms was amazing. Please if possible to share which air fresheners you use, we would appreciate that.

One of the best hotels we stayed at in the world! The staff is amazing and up to par, the rooms are clean and cozy. The biggest advantage is the proximity to the Haram (less than 5 min walk).

This hotel has recently opened, everything inside is brand new and very modern. One of the closest hotels to Masjid Al Nabawi. I have stayed at other five star hotels nearby, and would recommend this hotel over those. Everything is super clean, staff are friendly and genuinely want you to have a beautiful trip. The next time Allah invites me, I will stay here inshaAllah

Everything was great, from initial greeting to multiple people at reception, number of elevators room cleanliness and size. If you don’t need a haram view this would absolutely be my go to place in madinah! Staff was friendly and attentive - didn’t feel rushed at check out either. Really a very nice, peaceful stay. I hope this reaches the hotel because they really nailed it on the property and training their staff! THANK YOU!
