"It was great location wise, breakfast buffet was high quality with great variety and overall clean but the service was too slow i.e everytime we asked for ice it didnt come for over an hr. Overall anytime we had to ask for something it took them a long time to deliver. But still definitely recommend for other reasons like good standard maintained and really close to Kabbah."

"The property is dated. It needs an upgrade. Did not look like a 4 or 5 star hotel as advertised. The good thing was we got a courtesy upgrade to partial haram view room when requested. When we checked in the shower was not working. Had to call maintenance staff and they came and fixed in the second try. The tiles on the bathroom walls were broken and patched,"
