The staff were all excellent with great services. The location of the hotel is fantastic with magnificent rocks surrounding the hotel. We love the hotel environment, breakfast, and quality room. One thing truly impressed us was the hotel staff hospitality. Our car broke down on the 2nd day of our stay, and one staff, Mr. Hussain Khan offered kind help, went extra miles to drive us to the local repair shop and got it fixed. If not for his help, we would have wasted more time dealing with the car rental company, dramatically cut down our planned activities in AlUla. Many thanks Hussain.
