Relaxing, beautiful, isolated yet convenient

The setting is stunning and the staff was great. It well-situation - close enough to town and major attractions to be convenient but also isolated so you feel very removed.

Our stay has been absolutely amazing – we’ve felt genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived. The service is exceptional, and the women on the team are especially wonderful (the men too!). We’d love to see more of them in the dining area as well – everything here is just perfect!

Fantastic location and great services

I’m not sure why this hotel didn’t receive highwr ratings. The staff were all excellent with great services. The location of the hotel is fantastic with magnificent rocks surrounding the hotel. I can’t imagine a better place than this hotel.

Amazong scenery

Close to the elephant rock, good parking possibilities, amazing view to illuminated rocks around. Cheaper than the top choices in Al’Ula, but still worth!

Great Hotel, with service Improvement

Nice hotel with helpful reception staff, but buggy service was slow. Had to make several calls before issues were addressed. Once attended, the reception team was accommodating and resolved concerns effectively.

Spectacularly beautiful property. The issue I encountered was transportation to and from Shaden; perhaps because off season. Recommend having a rental. Staff very kind and worked very hard to ensure I was happy. Language is a bit of barrier.

We stayed in this resort for 3 nights, and everything was perfect. We love the hotel environment, breakfast, and quality room. One thing truly impressed us was the hotel staff hospitality. Our car broke down on the 2nd day of our stay, and one staff, Mr. Hussain Khan offered kind help, went extra miles to drive us to the local repair shop and got it fixed. If not for his help, we would have wasted more time dealing with the car rental company, dramatically cut down our planned activities in AlUla. Many thanks Hussain. Hope this massage gets to Shaden Resort management and recognized Mr. Khan for his kindness and hospitality. - Frank

Too pricey for a room in this condition

Room where I stayed was outdated and in need of refurbishing. Nice view, but amenities and the condition of the room did not meet expectations. the room price was high but the doors of cabinets did not close and we're squeaky, holes in curtains and it had old furniture.
