"Saleh at reception was very helpful. We ate at the hotels restaurant on floor M for dinner most days - was a very good buffet and well priced at ~125 SAR per head, good value for money when you consider the number of dishes and desserts available. Omar made the experience even better as our waiter, making sure we were comfortable at all times. Rooms were very clean, no faults here. Speedy and thorough room cleaning service (bottled water provided) and an efficient straight-forward laundry service. 1 minute walk away from the south side perimeter of the Prophets mosque - note that the south portions of the mosque (south, south east and south west) are the men’s entrances, whilst the north portions (north, north east and north west) are for women. Not really an issue - if travelling with family or friends of the opposite gender, can easily walk around the perimeter and enter from the west or east sides (which is what we did). In addition to the hotels food offering, there are plenty of local spots to choose from should you want a walk - tip, download the HungerStation app to preview menus will help decide. Note - the panoramic Haram view rooms are well worth it, spend the extra cash."
