"Clean room, great staff, super comfortable, and awesome stay!"

"The room had no air conditioning. The manager said “what the f*** am I supposed to do about it,” after our third time to the front desk. The maintenance worker and a brand new employee were the only ones who tried to help resolve the issue. We still ended up with no AC the entire stay, 90 degrees outside and 77 in the suite. Hotel was clean, breakfast was good. Otherwise good stay except management and the AC issue."

"Our bed sheets had some kind of brown liquid on them, it was a stain. We were told we could check in at 11, went to the hotel and then they changed it to 4. We didn’t even get to stay at the hotel 24 hours. 11 o’clock checkout. Staff was rude whenever we asked about breakfast. It was just horrible. "
