"Welcoming place , clean room, perfect location."

"We went for Easter week/spring break. The Easter brunch was wonderful, with a great variety of different offerings that were all good and the staff at brunch were exceptional. We spent five nights in the main inn which has undergone an amazing renovation (almost complete) of all of their rooms and facilities. "We had a great stay at this property with our grandsons while we visited downtown Grand Rapids, took in a show at the DeVos place. The location was convenient to many restaurants, venues and events. Parking was connected as well. The only complaint I would have is that the bed was very firm and uncomfortable. I understand that this is a preference - a bit of a pillowtop would be nice. It really was a good experience for us - thank you!"

"Great property! This was a perfect stay for us as we were in town visiting family! The only downside was our room cards kept deactivating. Minor issue and all the positives outweigh that. Daily breakfast was as expected!"
