"Upon arrival we tried to check in. There were two women at the front desk. They were very rude and wouldn’t even look us in the eye. We were told to come back later. When we did a man was working, he was more polite than the others. The room had a set of stick on eyelashes on the wall by the trim just sticking to it. You could tell areas had not been cleaned. During the night there was a clanging noise, almost like from a pipe. I noted this at check out and she didn’t even ask anymore questions. Just told us to put the key in the basket."

"The desk attendant was polite, the room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was very good; however, the check-in was less than expected. Because we made the reservation through a third party, we had to pay a $100 security deposit to be refunded within 3 to 7 days if there was no damage to the room. We were not told about this with the booking and frankly it is the first time in all my travels this was required. Also, the room booked and prepaid, was one queen bed; they did not have a room with a single bed and upgraded us to one with two queen beds. With some discussion there was no additional fee. Overall the stay was good, I am just disappointed that we were not aware of the security deposit requirement."

"We made our reservations in February and the hotel had a different name. All of the pictures on the booking page are very deceiving. There was no restaurant, no bar, no breakfast…..room was filthy, no blow dryer, half roll of toilet paper, dirty curtains, room hadn’t been vacuumed in months it looked like. Will be filing a complaint. Completely false advertisement!!!!!"
