The overall environment and ambiance were outstanding—peaceful, well-designed, and perfectly aligned with the Lapland experience. The room quality was excellent, very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We were especially impressed by the thoughtful details for families; providing sleds for children was a wonderful touch and made our stay even more enjoyable. As a very minor suggestion for improvement: we stayed in Room 21, and in the sauna, there seemed to be some heat loss from the lower section, so the temperature was not as warm as expected. This is a small detail and did not affect our overall satisfaction. Overall, everything was perfect, and we would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommended."
