We really enjoyed our stay at your hotel. The staff were so friendly. The hotel was so clean and nice. The Sauna and Pool were Awesome. But that breakfast in the morning…..Holy Moly Out of this World Amazing.

The hotel is great and very well located in the center of Vaasa. We booked a family room and it surprised us in a positive way. It was better than in the pictures and had two separate rooms as well as two bathrooms, which made our stay way more comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered many options to choose from. I would totally recommend.

I don’t often write a review for a hotel. And have experienced many times that even hotels in a bit more higher end seem hard to keep thoroughly maintained and well-run. But this experience with Original Sokos Hotel Royal, was quite flawless and a true delight. Clean and wonderful room, pleasant and thoroughly designed, laid out, lighting was super, everything worked well and was high standard. Breakfast buffet was great. View from 7th floor was great. Didn’t have time to use the sauna and pool but checked out the area and it looked great with another beautiful view at the top floor. Car could be parked safely in their parking garage for €20 for 24 hours. Many thanks!

The room was modern and fresh with a spacious shower. The breakfast buffet was bountiful, with lots of things to choose from. The pool and saunas where nice, do not expect to do any olympic laps in the pool though, it is more for cooling down after the sauna. The staff was very service oriented and helpful. Would definitely stay there again on next visot to Vaasa.

First a room with baby bed and sofa made to a bed, then a handicapped room. Was not in a mood for a fight, but that combined with not hearing one sorry or apology was not even worth three stars.
