"This Cabin has pretty much all you need to enjoy time in the mountains. Only wish there wasn't a fire ban at the time as the fire pit set up is fantastic. With a few updates, the cabin would be A. The host and owner were hands on and were there with any needs or wants. Any issues were resolved quickly and we enjoyed our stay. We even had the owner over for dinner after he quickly resolved something for us. Sylva is a great town. Thank you for a great time. "

"This is not our first time at the property. Its setting and location are amazing. Plenty of room for my family of 5. The living room and deck are so relaxing to hang out in. Property has everything you need to cook and not eat out and is very clean and organized. We will be back!!"

"This was our 2nd time staying at this house and we love it! Plenty of room and the river makes for a beautiful, peaceful setting!My only complaint this time is that we never had WiFi. I called and spoke to someone Sat morning. She was going to send someone out. They never came. I texted numerous times that evening and Saturday and they just kept saying they would update me, and no one ever came to look at it and nothing was done. Phone reception there is spotty so depending on hot spot was not great."

"Great place. Right on the river and private. Our only concern is the amount of bees on the back deck. A simple fix for a great place!"

"Great place to stay. The shower handles need replacing and were hard to operate without scalding or freezing yourself. The neighbor apparently is working on a garage band on Saturday night with some practice on Friday evening but they cut out at a decent time. Would definitely stay again despite the inconveniences. "
